The National Abortion Hotline is the largest national, toll-free, multi-lingual abortion access hotline and patient assistance fund in the U.S. Every day, we help people access abortion care. If you are facing an unwanted pregnancy, it’s your call.

We then deliver funding almost immediately as many of our grantees are responding to urgent needs on the ground and need funds right away.
